Q. What forms of payment do you take?
A. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Please contact us if you want to pay using Cash, check or money order.

Q. What slides do you mill for?
A. We only work on factory Glock slides. We do not machine aftermarket or previously worked slides.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. If you are dissatisfied with our service to your slide, please contact us immediately so we can take care of the issue. We do not accept returns on any and all of the products we sell. All products will be delivered in brand new condition unless otherwise stated in the product description. We do accept exchanges of items if the item you received from us is unopened. 

Q. What if I want to change my order?
A. You will be charged a $20 maintenance fee for us to change your order.

Q. What is your refund policy?
A. If you placed a slide work order with us and want to cancel the order for a refund, you are subject to a $25 processing fee that will be taken out of the refund. 

Q. Where do I send my slide and what are your shipping details? 
A. If you do not print out and send a copy of your order form you will be charged a $10 maintenance fee. Customer slides must be sent to the address listed below. We highly recommend shipping USPS priority mail with insurance. Kill Shot Precision does not hold any responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they leave our shop and are in the hands of USPS. You will be emailed a receipt upon purchase of a service or item that will give you shipping instructions.

We do NOT accept packages from FedEx. We have had countless issues receiving packages through their carriers.


Q. Do you disassemble and reassemble the slide?
A. We disassemble and reassemble at no cost to the customer. We do not reinstall factory plastic sights and they will be throw away upon removal from the slide. If you purchase an optic cut with or without a cover plate we will not install/reinstall combat style sights because the rear sight will either hang over the optic cut or mark up the cover plate.

Q. How long is your lead time?
A. Current lead time is posted on our home page. We will always try to beat our lead time and get your slide(s) back to you as soon as possible. Adding a coating to your slide will increase lead time. Please check individual coating options for accurate lead times.

Q. Do you offer any discounts for law enforcement?
A. Yes. Contact us for a quote. Discount applies to department orders only.
